LEGAL AGREEMENT
Last Updated: July 2026
Welcome to Parental Wellness (“Parental Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of parentalwellness.com, including its website, courses, downloadable resources, newsletters, videos, worksheets, social-media content, and other materials or services offered through the website (collectively, the “Site” and “Content”).
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Educational Purpose Only
Parental Wellness provides general educational information and resources related to pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, perinatal mental health, parenting, partner support, and emotional wellness.
The Content is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or replace individualized care from a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.
Your use of the Site does not create a provider-patient, clinician-patient, therapist-client, or other professional relationship with Parental Wellness, Alisha Bauman, or any contributor to the Site. A professional relationship can only be established through a separate clinical process, including appropriate intake, consent, and acceptance for care where applicable.
2. Not for Emergencies or Crisis Support
Parental Wellness does not provide emergency, crisis, or urgent mental health services. Do not use the Site, email, contact forms, social media, or course materials to seek emergency assistance.
If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the Content and for seeking individualized professional care when needed. Do not delay, disregard, start, stop, or change medical, mental health, medication, pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting care based solely on information from the Site.
You agree that you will use your own judgment and consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding your individual circumstances.
4. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults age 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Course Purchases and Digital Products
If you purchase a course, workbook, downloadable resource, or other digital product through Parental Wellness:
You are purchasing a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not share your login credentials, course access, downloads, worksheets, or other purchased materials with others.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or use the Content for commercial, professional training, or competing-course purposes without prior written permission from Parental Wellness.
Course access periods, payment terms, refund policies, and any subscription terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms.
Digital course materials are commonly licensed for personal, non-commercial use and restricted from copying, redistribution, or commercial reuse.
6. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the stated amount.
Unless a specific refund policy is displayed on the applicable sales page, purchases of digital products, downloadable materials, and courses are final once access has been provided. If you have a concern about a purchase, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All Content on the Site—including text, videos, graphics, logos, photographs, worksheets, course materials, designs, trademarks, and downloadable resources—is owned by or licensed to Parental Wellness and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the Content only as permitted by these Terms. Nothing on the Site transfers ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Interfere with the Site’s security, functionality, or access by others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful material.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Post or submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
Use Site Content to provide professional services, training, or advice to others without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
9. User Submissions and Communications
If you submit comments, testimonials, reviews, questions, feedback, or other materials to Parental Wellness, you represent that you have the right to submit them and that they do not violate another person’s rights.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Parental Wellness a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display submitted feedback or testimonials for business, educational, or marketing purposes. We may edit submissions for clarity, length, grammar, or privacy.
Do not submit confidential health information, sensitive personal information, or urgent concerns through general website forms, email, or social media.
10. Third-Party Links and Resources
The Site may include links to third-party websites, apps, services, products, or resources for convenience and education. These links do not mean that Parental Wellness endorses, guarantees, or controls those third parties.
We are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, availability, privacy practices, or terms of use. You use third-party resources at your own discretion.
11. No Guarantees
We strive to provide thoughtful, accurate, and current educational Content. However, we do not guarantee that the Site or Content will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or appropriate for your individual circumstances.
Mental health, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting experiences vary widely. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, improvement, result, or benefit from using the Site or its Content.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parental Wellness, its owner, contributors, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or Content.
This includes, without limitation, damages related to emotional distress, health decisions, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of access.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Content will not exceed the amount you paid to Parental Wellness for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parental Wellness, its owner, contributors, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect information.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means that you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the Site, or the Content will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
